But not only persons are living renting an apartment (forgeting about the possibility of buying its house), but also investors are looking for apartments and houses, a sure asset more profitable than other assets. Taking into account the low profitability of lots of financial proucts and the high volatility of some markets, the real estate investments aimed to be rented has been consolidated again as a very interesting option.
