Finally, it has been published in Spanish Official Gazzete (and so it is applicable) the modification of the Spanish Law that regulates the rental of houses and apartments

The modification of the Spanish Law that regulates the rental of houses and apartments finally has been passed. After a lot of rumours, negotiations and parliament steps, the Spanish Official Gazzete of June 5th published the Law 4/2013, of June 4th, with measures aimed to promote the rental of apartments market. The new regulation is applicable since June 6th. In the following article we are going to analyse some of the most emphasised modifications of the Law, wether these are affecting the tenants or the owners of the apartments.
