Once again, an expert says that rental of apartments could be the solution for the real estate crisis in Spain (now, the recently proclaimed Nobel Prize of Economics). Lot of experts in economics were of the same opinion during the last few years; now, this opinion comes from an economist with a recent recognition. In fact, Shiller advised on the risk of real estate bubble in the United States of America at the end of the 90’s and later that circumstance was confirmed.
