The new Spanish Plan 2013-2106 on the promotion of rentals and rehabilitation of buildings has been passed

The new Spanish Plan 2013-2106 on the promotion of rentals has been recently passed. The 10th of April the “Boletín Oficial del Estado” published the Royal Degree 233/2013, of 5th of April, aimed to regulate the before mentioned Plan which objective is promoting the rental of apartments market and rehabilitation of buildings. This Plan includes a new program that permits the Public Administration the creation of a public system of apartment for rent.
